In this episode I talk about weight and how pretty much it's been a major issue for me going on about 25 years now. I've yo-yo'd and at this point fallen off the wagon so much I've got blisters on my rear end. This is a short synopsis of where I'm at right now and how I know what i need to do but it's the doing part that's hard. Hopefully a lot of you can relate and tell me your experiences.
